Ignite Fit was founded by two highly trained coaches who believed Berlin needed a gym where quality coaching came before trends. They both came from professional sport and science-based training, and they saw how many people felt lost, unseen, or intimidated in large commercial gyms.

Ignite was created as a place where technique, safety, and personal attention matter, where people can train with confidence, understand their bodies, and build long-term strength. It’s fitness without the noise, rooted in real expertise and genuine care for people.

Sillse Giesen | Sports & Training Scientist

Known for her supportive, clear coaching style and her ability to help people feel confident in their bodies.

  • Movement Scientist & Coach

    Sillse believes movement is one of the most direct ways to learn about yourself.
    As a sports and training scientist and former professional athlete, she helps people reconnect with rhythm, regulation, and strength that lasts beyond performance.

    Her approach is human and accessible built on the understanding that how we move in our bodies reflects how we move through life.
    She works with people to find structure and flow in equal measure, creating systems that support both health and connection.

    Her work is guided by community, empowerment, and kindness, and by the belief that balance isn’t found — it’s created.

Dinesh Ramakrishnan | Sports Scientist

Brings deep experience in corrective exercise and injury-aware training, helping clients move safely and build strength.

  • My Strengths: Strength and conditioning programming & training, body toning, Postural and Motor Behaviour correction, Post Rehabilitation, Pre/Post Natal training, Mobility & Stability Training & Multi Level Functional Movement training.

    Born into a family of fitness enthusiasts & doctors, from a young age I have actively engaged in sports like wrestling, football, rugby and powerlifting. During my military career I suffered two injuries to my lower back (herniated disc) and shoulder (rotator cuff tear) which changed my career pursuit as an engineer to a sports scientist. I was eager to figure out a way to rehab myself in quick time to enable me to move around without painkillers and do what I liked. So the journey started and I was able to achieve what I wanted, ever since then I am passionate about inspiring people to become a better version of themselves against all odds physically and mentally.

    I combine a scientific background from my studies with years of international working experience in the field of sports and sports rehab to allow me to effectively coach a wide range of clients to move freely without pain.

We see training as part of a bigger picture of health. Alongside physical coaching, we run education-based programs like Foundations and partner with Expanding Circles UG so members can access mental health counselling at a reduced rate.
