Foundations is led by Expanding Circles UG, together with the expert coaching team at Ignite Fit. It combines nervous system education with movement science to support long-term health and confidence.

  • Duration: 4 weeks
    Sessions: 8 total
    • 2 opening and closing sessions (90 minutes)
    • 6 movement and education sessions (60 minutes)

    Group size: Up to 10 people
    Location: Ignite Fit Studio, Prenzlauer Berg

    Small groups mean personal guidance, space for questions, and support at your own pace.

  • Week 1 — Awareness

    You learn how stress shows up in your body and how your nervous system influences energy and focus. In movement, you explore the five foundational patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) with attention to form and control. The focus is awareness before intensity.

    Week 2 — Recovery

    You learn how the stress and recovery cycle works and why rest is essential for strength and clarity. You practice simple ways to shift out of tension and restore energy. Movement focuses on mobility, pacing, and recovery to improve how your body feels and moves.

    Week 3 — Growth

    You learn how the body adapts to manageable challenge and how to train without burning out. Movement sessions build strength and endurance safely, helping you feel capable while staying connected to good form and recovery.

    Week 4 — Integration

    You bring everything together and create a simple, realistic plan for ongoing wellbeing. Movement integrates breath, rhythm, and strength so you leave with clarity about what works for you and how to continue

    Duration: 4 weeks

    Sessions take place:
    • Wednesday evenings
    • Saturday mornings

    • 6 guided group sessions combining movement and education
    • A personalised training plan
    • A personalised mental health profile and wellbeing plan
    • A Foundations booklet with key concepts and practical tools
