Small-group training for real people who want to get stronger, move better and stay consistent. Classes are capped at six so you get support, attention and coaching that actually helps you improve.

  • Group training at Ignite is designed to be welcoming, safe and challenging in the right way. Sessions run for forty five minutes and focus on strength, conditioning and functional movement. You train in a small group with a coach who knows your name, your goals and how to help you progress. All levels are welcome. We meet you where you are and help you build from there.

  • Flexible packs are a simple option for people who want high quality coaching without a weekly commitment. You can join any group training session and book at your own pace. These packs work well for busy schedules, travel or anyone who prefers freedom in how they train. All sessions remain valid for twelve months.

  • Personal training gives you a focused forty five to fifty minute session with a coach who knows exactly what you need. Every program is tailored to your pace and your abilities. We work on strength, movement quality, mobility and conditioning in a way that supports long term progress and confidence. This is a good option if you want more structure more accountability or specific guidance for your body.

Youth and Teen

Supportive strength and movement training for growing bodies. Safe. Confidence-building. Made to help kids and teens feel strong in themselves.

  • Youth and teen sessions focus on learning how to move well and feel strong in a supportive environment. We work on coordination strength balance and confidence through age-appropriate training. Groups are kept small so every young person gets guidance and feels comfortable. We help kids and teens develop healthy movement habits that support them in sport school and everyday life.

  • Weekly memberships renew every month and give you a set number of sessions each week.
    Packs are one-time purchases you can use anytime within 12 months.

  • All Train Weekly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
    You can pause or adjust your plan as needed.

  • Yes. You can move between 1×, 2×, or 3× per week at any time.
    Just let us know before your next billing cycle.

  • Weekly membership sessions refresh monthly and do not roll over.
    If you need more flexibility, Packs are the better option.

  • Yes. Strength, HIIT, Boxing, Mobility, and Women’s classes are all included in any small-group membership or pack.

  • Yes. We accept Urban Sports Club, ClassPass, WellPass, and GymPass for selected classes.
    Bookings through these partners must be made directly in their app.
    Please note: Personal Training and Post-Rehab services are not included in third-party memberships.
